Concept

Wellness through all avenues: body, mind, connections.

Concept Collage

The project for Revive Organics included designing a historic-inspired warehouse and commercial use for it. As the building is located in Door County, a popular tourist destination, I thought it would be fitting that it housed an organic skincare store.

The overarching concept is physical and social wellness, so I created an open loft cafe to serve as a ‘third space’ for people to gather and enjoy healthy food.

Notably, this product includes many custom-designed skincare products and product displays that were design in Revit.

Materials and the overall space planning reinforce customer interaction, socializing, and prioritizing your body and health.

Custom Skincare Products

Using Revit families, I custom made a variety of over ten different skincare products to use in the renderings.

Conversation Areas

Part of the wellness concept was considering social health. I wanted my design to include casual spaces for conversation between shoppers and space. This was translated through designing several seating areas around the perimeter of the main shopping space.

Loft Connection

Smoothie Bar & Cafe

Cafe

The connection between the main level shopping floor and loft cafe was key to creating a buzz of community throughout the entire space.

Custom Vanity

User experience informed the custom furniture I decided to create, including a vanity. It has functional storage and is placed centrally to allow clients to test out products and get staff assistance during their shopping experience.

Custom Cashwrap

This custom cashwrap serves as a center piece to the back retail wall. The wood tones and yellow tile blend the playful, natural aesthetic. It is ADA compliant and has a roll-under top. I included a detail in the selection to provide information on its construction.
